Embroidery can add vitality and a premium touch to your apparel. We embroider jackets, blankets, bags, hats, you name it! We also offer personalized items in different font styles. We use the Hoop Master to ensure that your products are being decorated in the location noted in the industry as the correct spot.
Step 1
Art Submission
Our in-house graphic artists will review your design and prepare it for digitizing and embroidery. They'll let you know of any problems with your art and walk you through a solution.
Step 2
Digitizing Your Art
Your design is mocked up on the correct garments and routed to you for approval. Our production team then creates a digitized file – turning your digital graphic into stitches and stitch paths.
Step 3
Sample Stitch
With your digitized file, our production team will do a sample of the embroidery to ensure the file is accurate to the proof, and send you a photo for approval.
Step 4
Production
After you have approved the sample embroidery, we begin embroidering each garment on the order according to our production proofs and digitized file.
