Legacy provides wholesale screen printing for uniforms, t-shirts, golf shirts, jackets, bags, sweatshirts, and more. We have the highest expectations for our craft, and we put this into our work. We don't ship it if we aren't proud enough to wear it ourselves.
Discharge Printing
We love printing discharge and it shows! Discharge printing is a screen printing process where instead of normal ink, discharge inks are used, which remove the shirt’s dye and replaces it with the ink color instead of putting a color on top of the shirt. This results in a soft feel that once washed, feels just like the shirt! Discharge printing is typically done on 100% cotton apparel.
Simulated Process
Most screen printed jobs can be printed with simple spot colors. Sometimes images are more complicated and cannot be replicated using standard printing processes. That is where simulated process can come in! Simulated process uses half tones and gradients to make an image appear to have more colors than what is actually printed. This is great for more realistic looking images and colorful illustrations. Simulated process and 4 color process can both be great for these types of images. Let us help you pick which process is best for your jobs!
Metallic Ink
Wow! It’s a great accent to most designs. We do not recommend printing metallic with fine detail or small lettering. But it does add a great flair!
4-Color Process
This is the process for reproducing colored illustrations and photographs in a close approximation to their original hues by separating the artwork successively through magenta, cyan, yellow, and black channels. This is typically done on white apparel. Simulated process and 4 color process can both be great for these types of images. Let us help you pick which process is best for your jobs!

Yes, we have a team of apparel graphic artists on site. As a contract print company, our clients are expected to provide vector-ready art. Our graphic artists will prepare design proofs and separations for screen print decoration, as well as prepare the design for digitizing in the case of embroidery. Minor art changes may be accommodated as requested and an additional fee applied. NOTE: We do not provide creative/developmental logo or art services, but will coordinate with your graphic artist to optimize production results.
Yes, we embroider on totes, jackets, hats, beanies, polos, scarves and many more!
Yes. We take our finishing work very seriously and in order to ensure quality work we ask for a few business days extra on a job. If a job is large, we recommend you reach out to the CSR team for a turnaround estimate.
Yes, at Legacy we accept a clients’ UPS and FedEx shipper number.
We do, but we charge $5 per location.
Yes, depending on the type of decoration, minimum quantities do apply.
