We Make It Look Easy

Our process is designed to empower our clients through transparency and communication. You can see your order's progress step-by-step with a staff member always ready to take your call.

Step 1

Order Submission

Provide us with your artwork, contact info, specs, due date, and deadline date. A representative will be in touch to confirm your order within a business day.

Step 2

Verification

Once your project is accepted, your Printavo account will be created so you can see your project status. A detailed email with the specs and cost estimate for your project will be sent your way for approval. If there are any errors or changes, we can apply them right away. Any graphics such as logo vector art should be submitted at this time. This process takes 1-2 business days.

Step 3

Print Proof

You will receive a printed or digital proof within 1-3 business days. If we are digitizing logo art, it will be closer to 3 business days. Once final approval is given, your project shall be added to the production queue.

Step 4

Production

Your project is now in the highly-qualified hands of our production staff. After approval is given on the final proof, our average turn times are 7-10 business days, but please reach out if you have an urgent deadline.

Step 5

Inspection

Our production staff carefully inspects and monitors your project for accuracy throughout the process. If there are any issues that may cause a delay, you'll be notified immediately.

Step 6

Delivery

Congrats! Your project is complete. A final invoice will be sent to you for fulfillment. Once paid, your order is carefully packed and shipped to its final destination. Tracking will be provided via email.

Yes! Finishing work is our specialty! We can individually fold, Polybag, Apply sizes labels with or without a bag, apply screen printed or sewn in custom care labels, apply hang tags with or without UPC codes, and more! Let us know how we can help.
